Phyllis comes to the TWW Board with over 20 years experience in banking. She is currently employed as a Customer Account Administrator for a National Company. Originally from New Jersey, Phyllis currently lives in Sellersville PA. Her mission is to promote the awareness of Teamwork Wins and spread its innovative and groundbreaking work.
Jennifer comes to the TWW Board after a diverse set of careers. She crently works inside sales and prior to that she worked in finance, counseling services, and did clerical work. But most of all, Jennifer is proud to be the mother of son with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Her experience will enlighten the Teamwork Wins community, make this non-profit even greater, and will help TWW continue to grow.
Barbara is a retired consultant and part-owner for J. C. Taylor Insurance Company. She also worked for many years for manufacturer representatives of commercial furniture as a Manager, in sales and customer service, in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Barbara attended Burlington County College and Widener University, where she majored in Social Work. Also, with an interest in Homeopathy, she attended the New York School of Homeopathy in New York City for one year. Barbara volunteered for several years at Teamwork Wins Summer Camp Program. Barbara has a married daughter and two grand-daughters.
An accomplished marketing strategist, writer and motivational speaker, Pam is Director of Operations and Marketing for the civil litigation firm Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, in Philadelphia. She began her career in journalism as a writer for the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Daily Local News. Pam was Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing for Memorial Medical Center before launching her marketing consulting firm, Carrol Consulting Group. From 2011-2015, she promoted the legacy of Pearl S. Buck, as Marketing Director for Pearl S. Buck International. Pam serves on the Board of Directors of Visit Bucks County and was the past President of the New Jersey Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Association and the Women’s Business Forum of Bucks County.
Pat has worked in various capacities to help individuals and organizations to reach their greatest potential and discover options – usually more than they thought were possible. Since 1994, when she started Success Coaching, Pat has been supporting clients in “wnning the inner game” and moving forward in their lives and their businesses. Currently, as Training Specialist with Law School Admission Council, Pat focuses on the culture, leadership and skill development of the staff. She seeks creative ways to enhance the employee experience, including identifying ways to unleash their potential.
Kirk P. Walters is Principal and Owner of The Walters Group, a business consulting practice, providing high impact, profitable guidance for business leaders. He delivers momentum to his clients teaching critical leadership skills and offering operational tools to assess, act upon, and accelerate business growth and profitability. He has been an active member of his community and has held leadership positions at both church and community organizations.
