Adele Saccarelli Cavallaro, Founder & Director

Adele Saccarelli Cavallaro is the Founder and Executive Director of Teamwork Wins Ltd. She studied Elementary Education with a concentration in Speech Pathology and Audiology at East Stroudsburg University while playing intercollegiate Volleyball (1984-87).

Today, Adele has been creating pastel paintings part-time at her home-studio in PA. Her pastel paintings, known as Adele’s Pastels, reflect themes from the earth and all who live on it. Whether it is in intimate views of nature with reflections of light, portraits of animals of her travels or at her home with grass and fairies, she seeks to share the hidden places of nature and beauty of life. She also counsels children and young adults and integrates the love of pastels and other mediums into her sessions.

Gail Kerschner, Program and Training Coordinator

Gail has been a registered nurse for 39 years who serves as Program and Training Coordinator for Teamwork Wins, assists with fundraising and enjoys writing articles to promote TWW. She has used TWW’s FTC Method personally for many years and enjoys creating programs for TWW and working with TWW facilitators to assist them with their programs. She is married and lives near Reading, PA. She has 3 children and 6 grandchildren and enjoys bowling, Philadelphia Eagles, writing and art in her spare time.

Phyllis Vandervoort, Board Member

I come to the board with over 20 years experience in banking. I am currently employed as a Customer Account Administrator for a National Company. Originally from New Jersey and I currently live in Sellersville PA. My mission is to promote awareness of Teamwork Wins and its innovative and groundbreaking work.

Jennifer Markley - Board Member

 I come to the board with a diverse set of careers.  I currently work  Inside sales, prior to that worked in finance, counseling services, and clerical work.   But most of all I am a mother of an autistic son.  My experience will enlightened and make Teamwork Wins great and continue to grow. 

Barbara Wallace - Board Member

I am retired consultant and part owner for J. C. Taylor Insurance Company. I also worked for many years for manufacturer representatives of commercial furniture as a manger, in sales and customer service in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

I attended Burlington County College and Widener University where I majored in Social Work. Also, with an interest in homeopathy I attended the New York School of Homeopathy in New York City for one year. I volunteered for several years for Teamwork Wins Summer Camp Program. I have a married daughter and 2 granddaughters.

Pamela Carroll - Board Member

An accomplished marketing strategist, writer and motivational speaker, Pam is Director of Operations and Marketing for the civil litigation firm Goldberg, Miller & Rubin in Philadelphia. She began her career in journalism as a writer for the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Daily Local News. Pam was VP of PR and Marketing for Memorial Medical Center before launching her marketing consulting firm, Carroll Consulting Group. From 2011-2015, she promoted the legacy of Pearl S. Buck as Marketing Director for Pearl S. Buck International. Pam serves on the Board of Directors of Visit Bucks County and is past president of the New Jersey Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Association and the Women’s Business Forum of Bucks County.

Pat Kilgannon - Board Member

Pat has worked in various capacities to help individuals and organizations to reach their greatest potential and discover options – usually more than they thought were possible. Since 1994, when she started Success Coaching, Pat has been supporting clients in “winning the inner game” and moving forward in their lives and their businesses.  Currently, as Training Specialist with Law School Admission Council, Pat focuses on the culture, leadership development and skill development of the staff.  She seeks creative ways to enhance the employee experience including identifying ways to unleash their potential.
